Public Services and Economics

Jean Lambert and the Greens in the European Parliament believe that public services must be kept public and that universal access to healthcare and education must guaranteed.

Jean has actively fought against the sweeping tide of market liberalisation and opposed the other political groups that wish to see public services become privately-owned and opened up to the market forces. Jean works closely with the European Federation of Public Service Unions and has signed the EPSU Public Service Pledge which she fully endorses.
